Alert: large emerald and ruby scams

Remember: if it seems too good to be true, it is. Be advised that there appears to be a rash of gem scams right now involving LARGE “door-stop” sized emeralds and rubies, not unlike the door-stop “emerald” story that I posted back in August of 2012. (See https://kenburchell.com/?p=59 ). BEFORE you get involved in any “gem investment,” consult with an INDEPENDENT professional appraiser.
